Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Best Deal Shuttle Miami website (the “Website”) and all transportation services provided by American Transport Corp, doing business as Best Deal Shuttle (“Best Deal Shuttle”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this Website or our services.

1. Introduction

This Website is provided for customers who wish to obtain information about and book shuttle and transportation services in South Florida, including transfers between Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL), Port of Miami, Port Everglades and surrounding hotel areas.

By using the Website, submitting a booking request or traveling on any of our vehicles, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use the Website in accordance with these Terms.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We strive to keep the Website available and operating correctly at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or modify any part of the Website or services without notice, for maintenance, updates, operational reasons or any other reason.

6. Website Use and Prohibited Activities

8. Reservations and Payments

Advance reservation is required for every service. All reservations are subject to availability and must be made using valid, accurate information.

  • Reservations for shuttle services should be made at least 24 hours before the service date whenever possible.
  • Payment is required in advance and must be completed at least 3 days before the scheduled service, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
  • Fare quotes generally include fuel charges and basic transportation fees. Airport and seaport fees may be included or listed separately, depending on the specific service. Any additional fees will be disclosed at booking whenever possible.

Your booking is not considered confirmed until full payment is received and you have received a confirmation email with a booking reference number.

9. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

  • Reservations canceled more than 72 hours before your first scheduled trip may be eligible for a 100% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the first scheduled service time, for any reason.
  • Changes to dates, times, routes or passenger numbers are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
  • Some promotional or discounted fares may be non-refundable or subject to more restrictive conditions. Such conditions will be noted at the time of booking.

Where available, you may access your reservations through the “My Reservations” or “My Account / Bookings” section of the Website to review booking details. Certain changes, however, may require contacting us directly.

10. No-Show Policy

You will be considered a “No-Show” if:

  • You fail to present yourself at the designated meeting point at the scheduled pick-up time; and
  • You do not contact us within 60 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time using the phone number provided in your confirmation.

In the case of a No-Show, the full amount of your booking will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

11. Delays, Flight and Cruise Changes

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, weather, mechanical breakdowns, or security incidents.

  • If your flight or cruise arrival is delayed or rescheduled, you must contact us as soon as possible at +1 (305) 281-2927 to inform us of the new arrival time.
  • If you do not notify us of delays or schedule changes, and you miss your scheduled pick-up, this will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be issued.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to adjust your pick-up time in response to delays, subject to driver and vehicle availability, but we cannot guarantee a new time slot in every situation.

12. Service Conditions and Vehicle Substitution

Best Deal Shuttle is a licensed and insured transportation provider. Our fleet is owned and operated by American Transport Corp, and our drivers work directly for us. We make every reasonable effort to provide the specific type of vehicle requested at the time of booking; however, we reserve the right to substitute a different vehicle of equal or greater capacity and quality when required by operational needs, maintenance, or other reasons.

We make every attempt to operate according to our scheduled times, but departure and arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather or other factors outside our control. When delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with passengers and provide updated information.

13. Passenger Responsibilities

By booking and using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information at the time of booking, including contact details, pick-up and drop-off locations, flight and cruise details.
  • Be ready at the specified pick-up point at the scheduled time with all passengers in your party.
  • Ensure that all passengers wear seat belts where provided and comply with local safety regulations.
  • Supervise children and minors at all times. Child seats or booster seats are the responsibility of the passenger unless otherwise arranged and confirmed in advance.
  • Respect the driver and other passengers and refrain from any behavior that may be considered unsafe, disruptive, or illegal.
  • Refrain from smoking, vaping or consuming illegal substances in the vehicle. Alcohol consumption is subject to local laws and driver discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the trip without refund if a passenger’s behavior endangers the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle, or if it violates applicable laws.

14. Lost Items

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. While we will make reasonable efforts to help locate lost items, American Transport Corp is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property left in the vehicle or at pick-up/drop-off points.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Transport Corp, its officers, employees, agents and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunities, missed cruises or flights, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a booked service will not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific reservation.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless American Transport Corp and its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Website or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County or Broward County, Florida, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
